I also use ajwain seeds and make a pot of caraway tea every morning! I didn't know it was recommended for hair health! So glad to hear that. In my Indian store Caraway and ajwain are not the same.???

Im surprised you didn't used any oils... oregan, rosmary and other oil mixed fid it for me.. it was harder on the beard area because oregano burns like hell lol

How would SMP work for someone like me whose hair is 99% gray?!?!?!? I have to color my hair new growth every 3 weeks! For instance, if I had SMP using dark brown ink where I have thinning areas where my scalp shows, would that permanent ink be changed in color when I have permanent hair color applied over my new growth (and ultimately my scalp)? My concern is that the SMP die would become discolored. Thoughts? Thank you so much.
